A: University Accounting Service, the group that services Franklin Lindsay loans, may not know that you're still in school. To ensure that they do, send to them proof of your enrollment. An unofficial transcript and any official document from your school that verifies your status as a current full-time student will work (such as your course schedule for the upcoming term). Create your UAS account at https://uasconnect.com/ and upload your documents there. Or, email the documents, referencing your UAS loan account information, to uasconnect@tsico.com. You can call UAS (1-844-870-8701) for more information on how to make sure that your loan is placed into deferment status.

A: Congratulations! Please notify University Accounting Service of your graduation and also of any address changes. Your deferment period ends six months after you graduate or leave school full time. Your first payment will be due at that time. If you return to school full time during your repayment period, notify University Accounting Service and send proof of full time enrollment in order to be placed back in deferment status.

A: Contact University Accounting Service to discuss your circumstances. Don’t ignore the issue. You don’t want to incur additional fees or charges. You may be eligible for a short-term extension to see you through a temporary situation.
